Job Information:Our client is looking for an experienced Electronic Test Engineer for a permanent position.
Duties will be to repair equipment, fault finding and PCB (printed circuit board) construction. Other duties include installation of PCB and manufacture of cables and leads. Training will be given but our client needs someone with proven previous experience.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8-5pm 1 hour for lunch.
40 hour week.
Possible overtime 1 in every 6 weeks on a Saturday.

Job Information:This is a great opportunity for a straight permanent role. Our client is looking for someone who can manage small fabrication projects between £50k-£500k with a good understanding of piping and structural fabrication. Duties include responsibility for ensuring that all technical, design and quality clauses in the contract specifications are carefully monitored during the contract period and ensuring that all relevant personnel are aware of all conditions relating to the project through a work instruction. Liaise with senior management to ensure they are aware of project status. Liaise with clients and subcontractors to ensure they are working within project specifications. Responsible for ensuring that all project specific procurement, engineering and construction activities are completed within contractual, statutory, safety, quality and environmental requirements. Ongoing control of project budget, monitor and plan project manning levels for department to keep deadlines contained within work instructions by liaison with the HR department. Check and approve all drawings for issue to the fabrication department ensuring they are required nationally recognised standards. Produce post contract cost analysis, attend any training or competence assessment that the company determines necessary to improve efficiency and performance.

Design Engineer

Job Information:Our client is looking for a Design Engineer with a MEng or BEng, BSc in Structural or Civil Engineering. Ideally a Chartered Engineer or working towards chartered status. Alternatively an Incorporated Engineer with suitable work experience would be considered. Applicants need a minimum of 3 years work experience in civil, structural or offshore structural engineering environment. Also experience in structural analysis and reinforced concrete design to applicable codes and construction experience. This position will be to produce calculations and structural designs for pipeline and cable protection systems in a subsea environment. Knowledge of ACAD is a requirement. This is a full time position based in Lowestoft although travel to London, other UK and overseas locations would also be required. This position is a 6 month position to begin with rolling on to a permanent position is both parties are happy.
